Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Best Western was fabulous! The rooms were incredibly spacious, comfortable, quiet, and meticulously clean. Having a Jacuzzi in the room was such a fantastic bonus. However, I was a bit surprised by the $100 deposit on my card that takes 7 days for a refund, even though the staff generally cares about their guests and their stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The rooms, although a bit outdated, had a large bed and were decently clean. However, the dampness I felt throughout my stay was a downside. The service, especially from housekeeping, made me feel at home, and their attention to detail is one of the reasons I would consider returning. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and stores. The dining experience, while offering a decent breakfast buffet, could have had fresher food. Overall, a convenient choice for a stay in Woodhaven.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and clean, but the noise from children running around and slamming doors was disruptive. The strong smell of chemicals was off-putting. The service, while apologetic, fell short in addressing issues promptly. The location was convenient for my visit and provided a sense of security. The dining experience varied, with some delicious options but also room for improvement. Despite the ups and downs, the facilities were satisfactory.
